Yoga for Healthy Aging Workshop: 3-Week Series

Yoga is available your entire life.


Your body may change, you may change what class you take, your practice may change…yoga will be there.


This Yoga for Healthy Aging Workshop series will be of help as you explore and learn more about an accessible yoga practice for an aging body. Let’s refine your yoga practice together.


Or if you have been away from the mat for a while and want a little extra instruction this is an opportunity to shake off the cobwebs and start up a regular practice again.


Using yoga asanas (poses) and pranayama (breath work), we will focus on one topic per class:  Balance, Flexibility & Agility along with Strength. We need all of these for a well-rounded yoga practice (and life!). In each class we will explore 4-5 relevant yoga poses, and with time for Q&A, learning what works best for your body.


Class will be accessible for anyone that may need help getting up and down off their mat.


Beginning yoga students are very welcome.

In studio only @Sellwood Yoga.

$30 each or $75 for all three
